• Take Route 15 to the Route 114 Bowmansdale/Mechanicsburg Exit.
• Turn onto Route 114 West
• At the first traffic light, turn LEFT onto Old Gettysburg Road so that you are going South, away from Stauffers of Kissel Hill (formerly Country Market Nursery).
• Go 1 mile and turn RIGHT onto Fisher Rd.
• Shepherdstown Family Practice is the second driveway on your LEFT once you turn onto Fisher Rd., 2140 Fisher Rd.
